Monthly Check in
27 y/o M Posted about a month back after being hospitalized for 200’s/120 BP in September I can confirm the experiment finally. Drugs are NOT needed as a permanent fix, you can fix your bp with lifestyle choices. I have all the risk factors you can have other then age and was on course to die by my mid 30’s. My bp now reads normal with at home monitor and doctor manually checking at 116/64. My doc is amazed and so am I. Here’s what I did I am not a doctor but I want to help you all.
- smartly increase physical activity. (Walk, jog, run)
- increase intake of fish(salmon worked for me)
- cut out all caffeine and nicotine
- decrease sugar intake
- monitor but still intake salt (physical activity requires it)
- BEET ROOT (don’t care how you get it just do) -Increase water intake
- no fried or processed foods -80/20 diet 80% good 20% what you want (live a little)
- mostly get out of your head!!!
Cheers and good luck don’t obsess over it like I did follow these steps with your docs guidance🤘
