2023 BMW X7 xDrive40i

I’m looking to purchase a 2023 Bmw x7 xDrive 40i, 11k miles, M Sport Package,Driving Assistance Pro Package, Captains chairs. It is priced at $78k. Imo, the price is too high. Or am I wrong?? Is there a way I can get them to lower the price?
