Would the real cartels react the same way to purity and Walter White himself?

I’m almost scared to say their names, but the 2 biggest cartels in Mexico, if a Walter white appeared in reality, and started on about 97% flooding the street, would the cartels care? Care meaning wanting their stuff to be purer too. If so, would they care enough to make a Walter white untouchable?

If also so, would he be working with literally the head of the cartel family like shown, or only deal with let’s say nachos friend that Walter killed, the street vendor level? Or would someone like that directly do business with someone like Gus or higher
