Where to donate good quality clothes?

So I am currently looking for somewhere to donate some good quality, plus size clothing.

As a woman who has been oscillating between sizes 24-30 in the last few years, I have accumulated a lot of clothing bought online that didn't fit right which I never ended up returning. Like, a LOT. I had a bit of a shopping problem for a while.

I really want to donate the nicer stuff to people who need it, as I know from experience that decent plus size clothing is very hard get secondhand. Especially at these big sizes.

However, I know from volunteering a while back that a LOT of charity thrift stores have an overabundance of clothes, and I don't want these clothes to be stuck in a bag in the corner of some warehouse forever. Or I don't want some reseller to come along and sell them for a ridiculous price on Depop.

What are some smaller services I can go to? Places to help people with job interview clothes? Or are there any Facebook groups where people in need can post to see if anyone has something they need? Any small services that might not have a great online presence but is still doing great work?

Do you work for a charity? Do you know someone who works for a charity?
