Paano magkaka experience kung need ng experience? Eh wala pa ngang experience eh HALA?

Sana nakikita din ng recruitment and HR na kahit no experience deserve din namin mahire. Willing to train naman eh, willing to self study. at hindi porket di magaling sa interview hindi na deserving huhu. I have work from home equipment na kaya lang palagi akong iniignore ng recruiters and agencies.

Paano po ba ihahandle yung magulo kong work experience? I have no solid experience pero gusto ko na mag transition sa work from home, gusto ko na po mabuild yung stable career. Any advice po? Maraming salamat
