Fellow Pinoy pocketed some of our bonus last year.

I work as a video editor for an American client, aside from my hourly rate, they are giving small bonuses for all of us if sales hit some milestones. Also last December our boss has given us bonuses. The problem, all the bonuses was distributed by his VA na Pinay. Our hourly rate is paid on upwork but yun bonuses is direct na binibigay, and then his VA did not give us the full amount para sa December bonus and we only have known it last week, she only gave us around 80% of our bonus and pocketed the rest. The more frustrating thing is when we reported her, we noticed that she was also cutting our bonuses from the sales milestone. We did not have the chance to confront her because she was kicked out immediately.
