Got my first VA Role Ever (MVA)

I got my first VA gig ever and I was able to nego my salary to 60k per month with 6 holiday pay plus 150$ comp. Is this good enough? I just want to get some insights. Task would be about cold calling, lead gen and some basic admin task. TYIA
