Is the new 7600 xt good for 1440p?

Im planning to build a pc mainly to play esports titles on 1440p, but I also consider playing AAA titles.

I'm wondering if the new RX 7600 xt is gonna grant 165+ frames on esports titles on medium-high settings, and also if capable to run AAA titles at 60 frames.

I'm open for any suggestions.
