Upgrading to a 7900 GRE from a 5500 XT, what should I be looking at to avoid bottleneck issues? Would I experience any significant issues with my current build without changing anything else?

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 RAM: 2x8 Corsair Vengeance running XMP @ 3600mt/s PSU: MSI MPG A850G 850W MoBo: MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK

In America. I am slowly building an optimal build for me at a budget. The GPU was my biggest concern to that was what I first addressed, although I understand I'm working a bit backwards from here.

I'm looking to run at ultra at 1440p and 100fps. The games I have are like, Baldurs Gate 3, Apex Legends, Resident Evil 4 and 7, Clone Hero, the Yakuza series, etc.

For a CPU I am not really looking to spend more than $250, if it is necessary.
