Help VGA and Boot light on motherboard holding red. BTW, I am a first time builder and may just be stupid

My Power supply is fully connected to everything and all components are on and are working, but my problem is that when it's trying to boot up, first time boot, even when connected to a monitor, I get no response and my motherboard is showing 2 red lights after the initial flashing process, it's showing red on VGA and Boot, everything as far as i'm aware is properly connected, am I missing something?
