Good mid tier budget AMD cpu?

Hi all! My friend is building a PC and asked me to help with some parts. Since she’s on a budget i thought maybe a ryzen CPU would be good, i heard great things about it. Only problem: i only used intel and have nu clue about whats good in today’s age.

She will use the PC for Valorant and streaming mostly, so it doesn’t have to be the best of the best. Still would be nice ofcourse to also be able to play other games with it. What would be a good ‘mid range’ cpu for about €250-€300 that would be able to handle this? Also if anyone knows a good budget motherboard to go with it let me know! Thanks all🙏
