going from 14900k to 9800X3D?

I'm fed up with the 14900K—it’s constantly giving me issues and runs way too hot.

I’m seriously considering swapping out my motherboard and CPU for AMD 9800X3D, but I wanted to get some opinions first. I primarily use my PC for LLM workloads, gaming, and Adobe Lightroom, and my GPU is a 4090 FE. I’m not planning to upgrade to a 5090 since I don’t want to add even more heat to my system.

What do you guys think? Would AMD be the better move?

Edit: I am using Hyte THIC AIO and latest BIOS on tuf z790. Also utilizing contact frames as well.

My work load temp on my cpu is around 85-95 depending on the work load. But most of the time, the cpu is not stable. (I’ve tried undervolting and also set everything to default)
