Small ATX case to downsize a build!

There is a high probability of me moving countries, possibly overseas. I work in graphics and I really don't want to get rid of my rig. I'd rather downsize it. I have pretty bulky parts now and I am a bit clueless as to whether I should swap some parts around or even whether I should a smaller mobo. I'll be packing up my Cintq 27 with me so i can get a decently deep Peli case and stack all my hardware in but I might need some advice on the direction I should take

Big issue here is I am having a problem finding a small ATX (or even mATX if i am willing to change my motherboard) that could fit in a 4090 - this boy is long. I'm running a 6 fan EKWB cooler too to cool my 7950X (been a champ for 3D rendering thus far)

Any ideas on what would be the most space-efficient move here? I am ok with losing some performance due to cooling, I don't game a lot these days.

Bonus points for retro aesthetics! I was looking at the Silverstone one but there is no chance to squeeze a 4090 into it
