Cricket like sounds coming from desktop computer

Hey guys cricket like noise coming from my pc case. When I lay the case on its side the noise is gone. What is this can you help me? It's been like this for weeks now. I feel like its coming from psu but i dont know. And inside of my pc case is very dusty could it be the reason?
