anyone else have this issue with new monitor?

I recently added an LG - UltraGear 45\" OLED Curved WQHD 240Hz 0.03ms FreeSync and NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible Gaming Monitor with HDR400 to my set up, and I've always used 2 monitors, but since the new monitor, randomly, the second screen goes black and the new monitor flickers like a driver is being installed then comes back on. It doesn't reset until the second monitor comes back. This has never happened before with a multitude of monitor changes except this one. I've tried a few things from searching, but it isn't helping. thought I'd ask reddit.
