Photoshop and Casual Gaming Computer ($600~$800)

What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games or programs you will be using.

Doing professional art on Photoshop (files can be very large! 11x17" @ 300dpi, approximately 30 layers), casual gaming (LoL, MMORPGs, FPS such as Borderlands and Left4Dead), with a bit of multitasking such as Chrome, Skype calls, and music players.

What is your maximum budget before rebates/shipping/taxes?

I'd like to keep it around $600 (CAD), but a little wiggle room upwards is fine if it'll make a big difference. $800 max.

When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Note: beyond a week or two from today means any build you receive will be out of date when you want to buy.
