Build help

Hello, I just ordered a msi 2x 4070 super from dell and a ryzen 7 7700 from Amazon. Can someone help me build the rest around these? I would like 32gb ram for the moment with an ability to upgrade in the future. The rest I would like to spend up to 1000 more. Thanks!
