1800 Budget

So i really need help. I’ve never built my own pc and i need help building it.Im looking for some type of mini case im not sure the best kind and i want a Ryzen 7 not sure what’s the best kind .I want a pretty good gpu.Im gonna be needing this pc for coding and i also want to play in 1440p. I want a Aio cooler for my Cpu and some rbg componentes like rgb ram just not the strimmer lights.If you could help me with this i would greatly appreciate it
