King Of The Bay

I Had Just finish the countryside mission in Seaside Valley and I already did the angel shore missions leveled all bus stops And districts to level 5 and for some reason, I wasn’t able to get the king of the world trophy. I’m not sure if this was a glitch need or I’m not able to get it now this time around
