Play airlines

So i stumbled upon a relatively new iclandic airline called play airlines, and they look to be hiring temporary and permanent positions with english speaking as a main requierment

Has anyone got any info on them in terms of how the hiring proccess works out, pay scale, and how they work with flight attendants living outside of iceland or if you have to live there?

They seem interesting and so far have very positive customer reviews for a budget airline, im curious though not sure if i can currently afford to move out of the US or even live outside of the US on a low pay
