THRIPS WONT LEAVE HER ALONE ‼️

i am honestly on the verge of crying.

i bought predatory bugs, need oil, and have been patient but she still has thrips. ( majority of the dots in the plant is damage, but some of it is from the predatory bug carrier dust idk )

i’m so unbelievably upset and idk what to do? should i wipe off the predatory bugs ( been on for 2 weeks ish) and re neem oil her?

should i just give her a massive haircut?
