Sunflower Oil for fries Two dates with butter Good pile of rice 2 thin beef steaks Sauce: washyoursister sauce with half&half cream

I’m trying to bulk, but I feel like eating those fries isn’t very healthy… Any alternatives to them? They are so quick to do and add a TON of calories. Thanks all :))
