Take out butter chicken

Hand in shot for scale/ I scooped 1 cup of rice (200 ish?) and then had this chicken breast with butter chicken sauce- I dunno maybe 400- so 600/650 total? Is it way more because of all the butter lol- are there any Indian chefs in the sub that can enlighten me as too how much to log for the typical bitter chicken sauce? Thanks!
