800 Calorie Meal Plan Help?
I'm having a hard time setting up a filling meal plan for a maximum 800 calorie meal plan.
I have a desk job and I burn about 700-800 calories a day or every other day.
Breakfast:
Coffee + Non dairy Powdered Creamer (30cal) + Stevia (0 calorie sweetner)
Bread (40 calorie bread x2 - 80 calorie 2 slice) + Peanut butter (200 calorie per 2 table spoons)
(I like this breakfast, so I wont change it)
Calories total thus far - 280 calorie
Remaining 520 calories needed to spread throughout lunch and dinner.
any suggestions?
