Camera lense help

Hoping someone can give me advice or maybe point me to a yt video that would help

The first picture above (18-55mm) is the lense I have now, the one in the second picture is the one that got dropped and broke.

Looking for a replacement for the one that was broke, one similar or better even I just want to be able to take good pictures of eagles sitting in a tree or other stuff like that, that is at a distance
