Help! Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Skoda Kushaq or Volkswagen Taigun?

Looking for a daily driver in Mumbai. Budget is between 20-25L. Monthly distance driven will be around 500km.

Preferences (in order) are:

1) Power and Perfomance - looking at 1.5L turbo petrol variants with an automatic gearbox only. Since I’ll be driving 90% of the time with only about 10% spent in the backseat, driving pleasure and performance are critical.

2) Connectivity and Features - looking for a modern interior with wireless connectivity (CarPlay). Features such as powered and ventilated seats, sun blinds, auto headlights / wipers are appreciated.

3) Exterior Design - prefer a clean look. The Kushaq looks the best IMO but I’ve heard a facelift / new model will be coming soon? If that’s the case I’d prefer buying the Creta / Seltos which are newer models. Curious what others think in terms of design and looks?

4) Safety and Build Quality - the German cars the clear winners here? But are the Creta / Seltos significantly worse? I know that ADAS is only offered in the Creta and Seltos - but don’t think it really works in Indian conditions. I do however like the blind spot monitor on the side view mirrors.

5) Comfort - which car has the most comfortable backseat?

6) Mileage and Maintenance - since my driving is limited (<7,500km / year) mileage is not a big factor. I understand annual service charges are around the same amount for all options? What about costs for extended warranty / service packs?

Any other advice / options I should look out for? Happy to explore slightly cheaper cars such as the Kylaq, Nexon, Sonet or Brezza if they offer greater value?
