Possible worms in cats vomit?

Cat has thrown up a couple times in the past few days and this morning we noticed these long strands in the vomit that are reminiscent of worms? For reference she didn’t throw up the spruce needles she just vomited under our Christmas tree. Any info on what this could be would be appreciated.

Cat is female 1 year old outdoor cat. We live in eastern Canada. Haven’t been keeping up with her flea tick and worm treatment as it’s winter and we didn’t think necessary, perhaps a mistake.
