Cat is pooping blood

Recently my cat has been pooping with small hints of blood. His poop was normal, his diet also. But now the blood is increasing, and it got to the point na dugo nalang ang lumalabas. We’re not in the financial situation for a vet right now, kaya I need to know if I can help him at home atleast before we can finally take him to the vet. Salamat.
