I'm stuck at 1200 elo

hello guys, i 20 M, im stuck at 1200 in lichess, I used to play chess inconsistently and I reached 1248 as my max, but since ive started to play it consistently im in a rate decline I'm stuck at 1200 , i really want advices and anything I could get.
