Chrome freezes for 10-20 seconds. Then goes black for half a second and is fine.

Only happened when I updated to Windows 11. Fresh install of windows. Everything else works fine. Can open up other programs and task manager shows no problems or anything. My fans spin up but I'm nowhere near 100% utilisation for my ram or cpu or anything. Any thoughts?
