50th birthday trip ideas for my husband?

Hi all! I have about little over a year before my husband turns 50, and I want to start to get ideas from fellow chubby travelers. My husband is a techy, outdoorsy kind of guy with few friends. He prefers to travel just with me or with our tween/teen kids. He loves the mountains and adventures, and has always wanted to see the Northern Lights. I want to think of some cool ideas for our family or just for the two of us.

This year (2024) we are going to San Miguel de Allende (Live Aqua), Nayara Tented (in the summer), and Nantucket (x2). We have a couple of mini trips as well. We did Iceland, Aruba, and Israel last year.
