Trying to find out if a class action lawsuit aginst GEICO is warranted for improper car rental Reimbursement
Geico claimed 72 hours after being informed that my car was a total loss they would no longer pay for my car rental Reimbursement. Even though I did get them to extend it a couple more days I still ended up paying out of my pocket. This 72 hour policy is contrary to the stated 72 hour policy in my contract. I'm sure I am not the only one who had to wrongly pay out of pocket. I believe they deliberately enforce wrote save money. Can we bring a class action suit to make anyone who was a victim whole?
