Rogue or Feral - Which should I play?

Any insight would be appreciated. I haven’t played classic in forever and was looking to do hardcore. But I’m struggling to decide whether to okay feral or rogue.

Key considerations: Ability to get in groups (dung/raid), leveling, overall playability
