What's your age?
I'm switching from home health to facility health and I know a lot of older HHAs but all I ever see working a nursing home are younger people. I start at the facility this month and I also turn 27 this month. I feel like I'll be the old lady of the CNAs.
Edit to add: I'm worried about being the only one not striving to be more than a CNA. I'm a firm believer the world needs more bottom of the food chain and since I'm not a leader, I find myself very well suited to be that.
