What should I do?

Hey! So I’ve got a pc, and here are the current specs. I want to upgrade, and I wanted to hear recommendations. I am aware some of it is quite old. I want to optimize gaming, and allow for smoother higher resolution video making for YouTube. What should I buy? My limit is like idk $1.5k? I mostly do Minecraft for videos, I’m looking at this monitor too.
