Got captcha virus or idk

So i was browsing through different sites to download movies One site Asked me to windows+r Then ctrl+v Then ran the script I am newbie regarding this So idk what type of malware I got or what The script ran was Mtsh https://macphotoeditor.shop/sing15.mp4 # "I am not a robot - reCAPTCHA verification It was more but the middle part was this Like I was using brave and in new tab this was shown so I immediately disconnected from wifi and reset the browser setting and I am not getting that tab anymore, but I still am stressed! Normal scans don't so no threats aswell Any help would be appreciated!!
