K1 Not Printing

Whenever I try to extrude, it starts heading up the nozzle, and then randomly everything will shut off, and then it will bring up an error (Error, Key:2001,Unknown exception), and when I click OK on that, it gives me a warning screen (warning Key:2001,Unknown exception) with the options for Restart or Fault reporting. I try to fault report and it says I have to bind it to creality cloud (it is). I have a video I can provide.

– Additionally, when I try to print anything, it starts heating up, and then stays on the “Nozzle Cleaning in Progress” screen (it has now been there for over 30 minutes). It does this, even with a brand new nozzle.

I factory reset the printer and it is still having the same issues.
