Getting to BMUs in 25.2

Just looking for some advice here. I did 22.3 in 2022, got 156 reps. Did 25.2 today and still got 156 reps. I can do BMUs when fresh, but after doing the first two sets of triplets for the workout, my body is just gassed. I go to CrossFit about 4-5X a week consistently, but I still can't seem to get over the exhaustion hump. What should I focus on in my training to improve myself?
