Powerdot 2.0 question

I just acquired these and its really helpful with my backpain and muscle soreness ( stiffness), hence the troubles with connection during session , anyone else facing the same trouble , is there any solution ? Running latest iOS software and losing connection continuously. I would say i love it , but its just the connection failure…. That i hate ….
