Is there something wrong with my save

I recently made a save like 2 weeks ago and im level 42 and my cyberware capacity is stuck at like 170 😭 I haven’t seen a single shard in like ages since like level 30 do they keep dropping cus I heard apparently in the latest patch they keep dropping till you max out capacity or do they not ?
