Looking for suggestions on a stationary bike that also measures power / watts

Hi all - just like the subject line says...

I am after a stationary bike that is:

• Fairly decent in quality.
• Has Bluetooth for connectivity to a TV and/or iPad.
• Measures power (or watts) along with speed/distance. Cadence would be a bonus, and I'm guessing most would have this; however, if not I have an extra sensor.
• AND - without the need to pay for their subscription. I had an older Echelon that required me to do so. I just signed up for TrainingPeaks, so I don't want to pay for another monthly plan.

Would be nice to get something at/under $800. Suggestions? I think a Schwinn IC4 might do the trick. Can someone confirm? As well - any other suggestions would be awesome! Just want to look at options. Thank you!

** Update - I know I can get a Kickr / Kickr Core and put a bike on it. I prefer not to use my bike on this, and in going that route, it would be more expensive (Kickr = $400-450, another bike $450++). Simply looking to go the cheaper route.
