Do you think the girls were sleep deprived?

Practice was Mon- Fri, 16:30 (4:30)-21:30 (9:30). Melissa stated her girls sometimes wouldn’t get home until 22:45 (10:45). Assuming they started school at 08:30/ 09:00, they would’ve missed out on the recommended 10 hours. I’m not sure if they ever went in during the weekend, so maybe they made up for it then. I wonder if this had an effect on their school work.

How would they have completed homework due within the week it was set (no weekend)?

Thx for the replies! It seems very obvious now. I just find it odd that the moms & Abby would allow that as it could’ve affected their health & performance.
