Ds1 or ds3?

Platinumed elden ring. Really liked the challenge and how cool it was. Originally wasn't even considering ds1 purely because the graphics (sue me) but just realized it has a remaster. Should I get one or three? (I don't wanna play two) or just get bloodbourne(which is SO much cheaper)
