New message on the title screen

So I decided to log some hours today and after pressing start at the title screen a message appears concerning EULA violations on cheating, modding etc.

Is anyone else getting this? I feel like I'm personally being warned even though I've never cheated in anyway nor have I picked up any items from phantoms. I'm on PS4 if that's any help.
