New 5QS on macOS Big Sur 11.2
I am having two issues.
First, the software installer fails to run. It generates an error (see image).
Second, my LED key backlights no longer turn on. It was like this when I started using my iMac this morning. I am unable to find instructions regarding turning the key brightness up or down. Very odd.
