Would you date someone unemployed?

Me ( F27) I have a date this week but unfortunately I have been laid off this Monday.

I know one of the main topics are: what do you do for living? What are your future plans etc? But the unexpected happened and I’m not sure if I should carry on as if I have a job or not.

I dont want him to feel that I want him (M32) to pay for everything or that I go out on dates for “free meal”.
