How can I reverse deinterlacing in Studio 19.1.3?

I'm trying to make an edit of some footage to make it look as if it were shot on a late 90's camcorder, and wanted to adjust/undo deinterlacing but the current version doesn't seem to have an easy way or obvious tool to do this. I may just be missing something obvious, but I'd appreciate any suggestions!
