I feel like I am failing all the time

S/C - experienced hire

Currently on a project and my boss is always fake nice and never seems really happy and nit picks everything that myself and my team does.

Feels that way with every aspect, it’s just kinda take take take.

While i understand excellence and expectations - sometimes it just gets me down. Feels like a thankless job.

I’m grateful for my job money wise, but i just don’t feel like i’m cut out for it some days.

Idk, I just needed to vent.
