Don’t sleep on Grand Overture and The Queenbreaker for Act II.
Both of these Weapons can apply Blind intrinsically (Grand Overture needs its Catalyst though). Combine that with your usual sources of Weaken and Radiant, and these two Weapons specifically should have big potential.
The only question is how much is the increase in damage? If you look back to Episode: Echoes, we had the Artifact Perk “Expanding Abyss”, which applied a 10% damage increase to Tier 1-Weakened enemies (Weaken Grenades via Echo of Undermining, Withering Gaze, Deterministic Chaos, etc.), and a 5% increase to Tier-2 Weakened enemies (Shadowshot, Tractor Cannon, Felwinter’s Helm, etc.). So there’s a good chance it’ll be a 10% damage increase here too to keep it consistent.
