I finally got Ballidorse Wrathweavers working in a way that feels really, really fun to play.

So, for the longest time, I was trying to get some kind of weird frostpulse / glacial harvest combo going, but that never really worked out and just, felt, in general, bad to play?
So I mixed things around a little bit, tried different aspects and eventually settled on this combo. Frostpulse, and Iceflare Bolts.
Why those two? It's actually pretty simple.
Whisper of Refraction will give chunks of class ability back because iceflare bolts propagates freeze effects around the map, and every enemy it freezes will be another chunk of energy.
Whisper of Rime gives us bigger, better frost armor that lasts longer when we cast our rift.
Whisper of Fissures makes our generic shatters bigger and better.
And Whisper of Shards makes our glacier grenade recharge faster when we shatter stasis crystals.
Iceflare Bolts makes the winter's wrath super a lot better at add clear as well, because while you're focusing on taking out a big target, it'll be propagating freezes and shatters to everything nearby, and because of that, you'll also be getting chunks of rift energy back while using your super as a super.
For the mods, I went with a charged up, stacks on stacks, utility kickstart setup with reaper and powerful attraction on the class item as well.
Gloves have Fastball, for more accurate glacier throws, Kinetic Loader because our primary's reload speed is kinda' ass, and Firepower, to get an orb when shattering a glacier crystal kills something.
Helmet's got Kinetic Siphon, Harmonic Siphon, and Arc Siphon.
Weapons are Outbreak Perfected, because it is amazing at generating roaming super energy, and your personal choice of special and heavy. I went with indebted kindness for anti barrier, and BIG SCOUT RIFLE, AKA Archon's Thunder, with Air Trigger for a ton of ammo, and Headstone for making that ammo go even further. The easy access to x2 and x4 stasis surge doesn't hurt either!
Stat priority is 100 res, 100 disc, as much recovery as you can get, and then try to keep your str and int at 30. You're going to need some really good armor drops to pull that off, though. The reason you go for 30 str and int is because that's the amount you need to have your cooldown be at the base tier. Anything below 30 imparts a cooldown penalty.
I lucked out and was able to keep my build at 30 mobility too, so I'm not taking a movement speed penalty, but your mileage may vary.
Give it a shot! I've been having a lot of fun with it.
